Meet Diamond. He was picked up as a stray by the Owosso Police Department. He was pretty rough looking, what with only one discernable eye, and scars and markings around his face. However, looks can sure be deceiving as Diamond is the biggest, sweetest baby you could ever meet! Diamond absolutely loves everyone and has no problem with other canine companions. Unfortunately the poor guy has tested heartworm positive. Diamond is really hoping for a home that will foster him until he can go thru his heartworm treatment, or even better, a foster home who would become his forever home!!
